Maryland Solar Projects

  • A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Waller Road Solar 1, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Wicomico County, Maryland.

    Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.

    Petitions to intervene must be filed by November 7, 2025 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9810. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.   • A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m, via virtual platform, concerning an Application (“Application”) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct a 5.0-megawatt (“MW”) facility in Frederick County, Maryland. 

     The pre-hearing conference will be held virtually and streamed live for viewing only via the PULJ Division’s YouTube Channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters, including the consideration of any petitions to intervene and the establishment of a procedural schedule, will be discussed.

    Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before November 17, 2025, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us or sent by first-class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S.
